With Client side experience in publishing and marketing and a passion for market research, Jane moved into the world of research in the 1990's, becoming a Director at Diagnostics in 1996.

Jane specializes in researching attitudes, behaviours and decision-making across a breadth of industries, including extensive work on NPD and positioning studies. Additionally, her experience on brand development and communications strategies involves projects ranging from the macro to the micro – both the broad strategic programs and smaller scale tactical studies.
