Oliver co-founded Diagnostics in 1985 and is a long-standing member of the UK market research industry. He is currently Managing Editor of the AQR's bi-monthly newsletter 'In Brief' and has presented at MRS conferences in the UK and Holland.

Oliver's extensive experience in Qualitative Research, particularly in strategic marketing, branding and new initiatives, has earned him strong credentials amongst clients who value his incisive thinking and his ability to dig ever deeper to expose the heart of a marketing problem.
